Born and raised in Sunderland, Andy has returned home to the North East to set up his own personal brand and business – Proper Patisserie. For the first time, Andy’s creations will be available outside of London. This includes his signature macaroons, handmade chocolates and bespoke creations for your special occasions!

Proper Patisserie is for everyone, but what we really hope is that people who have a real sweet tooth and a passion for fantastic food will enjoy our distinctive combination of uncompromising standards, bold colours and perfectly balanced flavour combinations. And, you can expect both timeless classics and modern twists on nostalgic favourites. ALWAYS stunning, and ALWAYS delicious!

Call me Andy (or Chef!), people who know me do - and lets face it, if you're passionate about PROPER patisserie like me then hopefully we'll be getting to know each other well!

We believe that the best way for us to offer you top class tasty treats is for Andy to get to work in our Tyne and Wear based production kitchen, and for us to bring what he creates straight to you to try!
